Rejected refund on unreasonable grounds.

I bought sneakers, my daughter tried them on, and they were too small, there is very light dust on the sole of the sneaker, from the fitting of the shoe. they literally rejected my return and refused to refund, saying it is not in a saleable condition. I have had to report them to the ombudsman. The shoe is still in perfect condition, my daughter tried the shoes on with socks on.
