Rejected Exchange due to DUST on Shoes

Bought a pair of shoes for my fiance that ended up being too small. So we naturally asked to exchange them for one size larger. We wipe the shoes, making sure they are clean and put them back in the box and wait for the courier to collect a day or two later. I hear no word from them,so a week later I email them and get told they are still inspecting it.

A day after this I get told they will not exchange them because of dirt on the soles and laces. Funny thing is, there was NO dirt on these shoes when I sent them back, unfortunately I didn't take a picture before sending them back. They send me photos after I lose my cool, and it is dust, they can literally take a cloth and wipe it off. Yes DUST, the stuff that is EVERYWHERE, is their reasoning for not exchanging these shoes. They now practically accuse ME of sending them dirty shoes that they can't resell and go on about how bad the quality of the shoes are after I sent it back to them.

I also bought these shoes on credit. So I now have to pay them off WITH interest, and they don't even fit! So unless you have a decontamination chamber to try on their clothes once you receive them to make sure they fit, I will suggest you think twice before buying from them.

Yes I can sell these shoes on some second hand group, but I will never receive the money I paid for them and it is the principle, the pettiness, that has ticked me off! They get their money and don't care afterwards!
