Reject products been sold

Terrible I purchase a black liner on ther internet they sent me brown and said they cannot refund that was fine I accepted it now they sent me a mask that is a reject and saying it's non refundable how do u even sell reject stuff in the first place it was a sissyboy mask and the logo is reject
