Refused Exchange

Superbalist should learn a thing or Two from Zando, i bought my husband swimshorts and it was delivered yesterday, its his normal size but the cut was too small and now when i called in to exchange they refused and telling me they do not take back swimwear (I MEAN REALLY SHOTS!!!!!!), and it is not stated when you click on the product. while on Zando they put it next to your product if they do not accept it back, so you buy it knowing very well what the consequences are, i mean last week i exchanged a female swim wear and they accepted it since it was still in the condition i got it on. I feel very cheated because we are now stuck with shorts that do not fit and we wasted R300.
