Refuse to take responsibility for the order mess up, the clients are the ones whomust suffer

Order #***6 I am appalled by the level of service when I ordered a Puma sneaker and they delivered a New Balance running shoe. I am having issues because they want to collect the running shoe at my house during work hours when I am unavailable and refuse for me to deliver the package to one of their depot which convenient for me. I ordered and paid for a sneaker and they delivered an incorrect item and it is somehow still my problem when they are the ones who messed up the order in the first place.
