refuse to do refund

I placed an order on the 9th march order number ***, got the shoes following week, I log return immediately on the other shoe because it is not the same as in the picture. return number *** they picked it up last week Thursday, been waiting for the top give me an option of shoes to exchange they never did, I logged a query online, was in contact with Olwethu Ncapayi I told her/him that Imleaving the country we might as well do a refund, got no reply from her, I called spoke to this woman yesterday, I told her I got an SMS saying my shoe will be delivered Monday as in yesterday but I don't know what shoe they delivering because I never picked any shoe only topo find out they are sending the same shoe I returned, she said she will send me an email and reply with banking details hours went by, I called again spoke to Lauren Boonzaaier, she sent me an email, I did reply with my banking details, but this morning I just received another SMS saying my order is gonna be delivered, so now I see im being taking for a foll her, these people didnt process the refund, can you please assist on this I want my money back in my account before the end of this week, I dont want anyuthing from superbalist I'm so disgusted so far with patheic service I recieved
