Refuse to Accept returns (Order Number ***)

On the 25th November 2017 I bought sneakers online for the value of R 1559.00 ( Order Number ********** ) They were delivered to my workplace on the 29th November 2017 (4 days after purchase ) . The very same day i realized the sneakers are for women and not men . I wrote an e-mail asking them to come and collect . Their response was they will come and collect on Monday 1st December 2017 of which they did not . They only came to collect on Friday the 8th December 2017 , and today the 12th December 2017 i get a response saying the shoes have been worn and will be sent back to me .

1. The call was logged the same day , shoes where never been worn . 2. Supplier took a week before collecting the shoes . 3. Supplier refuses to refund claiming the shoes have been worn .
