Refusal to honuor ebucks promo

When checking out and trying to use the ebucks promo code which is supposedly valid until 31 December 2017. There's an error message which reads "The promotion has exceeded its maximum use count". Surely this must be allowed to be used once by each FNB customer until 31 December 2017.
