Refusal of refund of R1237

I bought size 7 palladium shoes and thy don't fit the person I bought then for, I mistakenly removed the sticker on the original box and I wrote HBD cukie on a smal space on the box. I returned the shoes and superbalist Facebook messenger said they will not refund me. I bought similar shoes and paid again. Now I am stucked with shoes that won't be worn by anyone. I'm so disappointed by superbalist. Superbalist doesn't care about consumers at all.
