<p>I recently received a voucher to spend at superbalist. I bought myself a nice pair of sneakers. They were too small and wanted to request a bigger size, Superbalist did NOT have a bigger number and said i should request for a refund.</p> <p>The refund was processed and the LESSER amount AFTER the voucher was app**** was only paid out to me!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>HOW REDICULOUS??</p>

Thank you for raising this situation.
You can only use a voucher once, once it has been used it cannot be refunded. You were thus refunded the amount you paid back to the form of payment you requested.
