Refunds not paid

For all those clients awaiting refunds as I am , waiting more than two weeks for a refund. They have no intention of refunding the money. They are deliberately taking clients money knowing they can't fulfill the order and knowing they won't refund you . I am now taking this to police as any client should whose money has been ****** . They can't even supply a proof of payment. It is theft at this point and they need to be investigated . I am also opening a case with the ombudsman as there is no hope left of settling this without help. They are obviously in financial trouble so please don't order from them as they don't have the stock and they won't refund you .
