Refund Superbalist

According to 4 agents my refund was processed on 14 December 2024. The matter was escalated 4 times with no communication from the Finance team where proof of payment was supposed to be sent to me on 3 occasions. Today 30 December I followed up again and the only line said is that finance is experiencing internal issues with processing payments ad sending proof of payment to customers. This is frustrating and also the fact that you can't speak to a manager To assist...I've been a client with Superbalist for years and this experiencing has just make them lose 1.
