Refund Rejected for an allegedly damaged product

I was always the biggest fan of Superbalist but I will NEVER use them again. I bought a dress which was in perfectly fine condition but didn't fit. I sent it back and received an email that the refund was rejected because the item had (what appears to be cigarette) burn marks in it. I dont even smoke! Now they are sending the dress back to me! It didnt fit in the first place and got damaged so is now useless!

When returning a product, it is handled for 3 days without you having any control over it on the way back to the warehouse. They cannot provide me with any real proof other than a photo of one side of the packet as it was apparently received. Its absolutely ******* and not worth the risk in losing your money for very average clothes.
