REFUND QUERY

Order#***2 order placed on the 25 Nov 2022, received on the 8 December 2022 with 1 item missing( out of stock. A refund was done to payflex. I then returned 9 items,all collected on the sane same day. Later on a refund of 4 items was done. I phone them following up on the 5 items outstanding . Then on the 21/12/2022 I received a confirmation that a refund of R1017.86 for 3 item was arranged , 1 item was non- refundable which I didn't understand since the item was faulty. That means there is still 1 item missing from the 9 items returned. Up until today Suoerbalist is refusing to refund all agents Jesse and and Natasha referred me my payflex statement. They are stupid and ***********. Raees was able ti track 4 items from the 5 items that was missing. The last guy promised to refer the query to Raees since he was handling it before but yesterday I got an email from Jesse N still telling telling me no refund is outstanding. I returned 2x polo shirt diva1, the refund R349.43 onpayflex is only for shirt. Where is the other refund? Secondly how come you have not return back to me the non- refundable item? I have lost 2 refunds and no is willing to assist.
