Refund process

Worst refund procedure. Your own money that you need to wait for. No communication after you return stuff and no speedy service like when you order. Consultants just ignore your emails.

strangely when you log a refund it ask you on the app how do you want your money back i completed my banking detail on my application but after the process was approved they credited the wallet and that after 3 days, now they want you to wait another 3 - 5 days to process to your account. i will never make use of them again ever.
