REFUND PROBLEM- ALWAYS ERROR ON FINANCE SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been returning faulty items and was supposed to be refunded from 13/12/2018. Send emails after emails and supp**** the banking details to more than 4 agents. No refunds and when you make a follow up they tell you there was an error on finance, why only when you follow up???. This is nonsense as when they refund to your Wallet it is done within a matter of minutes...... No communication until you make follow ups. Never had this experience when it was Spree, got my items and when I did return the refunds was in my account within the 3-5 days as stipulated.

Worst service ever..........................................:(
