Refund not received from Superbalist

I place an order on Superbalist and when I received the item, it was small, I then logged in a return. The item was collected on 10 December. On 12 December the info on shows that the refund was done on 12 December and will take 3-5 business days to reflect on my account, but I have not received the money. I sent an email asking about the refund, but I received no response. I’m so disappointed in Superbalist.
