Refund not received

Good day I have order an item and they didn't have it on stock, I was suppose to be refunded my R2500 it's been two months I've been calling and they only thing the say is my matters has been transferred to the finance department worse part that money doesn't even belong to me I've waiting for that refund since the 28th of August.
