Refund not received

I ordered jeans and a jersey in September and I got the delivery but my order later showed as cancelled when I had my order, I then requested a return for the jeans as they were small , sinovuyo one of superbalist agents arranged a manual collection as the order showed as cancelled and it was picked up by a takealot driver named Benito in October. I have been waiting on my refund with no luck, they are no longer replying to my emails and it's sad that I am still waiting on my refund for over a month I have sent all the necessary information they had asked me to and I don't understand why their investigation is taking so long when they are the ones who did the manual collection.
