Refund not paid in full

I ordered two occasional chairs on the 3rd of April 2021 which was R2399 each and paid a full amount of R4798. My order was cancelled on the 5th they told me these been an error the chairs were sold out and they will refund me. On the 7nth I got a refund of R2399 for one chair. I emailed them my bank statement as proof and they sent a screenshot of what's suppose to be proof of refund and ask me to wait 7 day If the refund doesn't reflect on my account I should contact my bank which I did and there was nothing wrong with my account. I informed the fashion assistant she said she would escalate the matter to finance department. I find it strange as it seems like I'm not the only one having a problem with unpaid refund.
