Refund not paid.

Disappointed – Where’s My R1884.00 Refund?! I have been waiting since 27 December 2024 for a refund, and despite sending bank statements emails, making numerous calls to them and going to my bank, I have been completely ignored! Every time I call they’re always promising that my case will be escalated, to this point Im still waiting and every time is the same story. I’ve been told repeatedly that the manager would contact me, but to this day I’m still waiting.

I have been a loyal customer to superbalist for years and this breaks my heart to se how they’re treating their customers.
