Refund never received! Terrible service!

I am so disappointed with the service from Superbalist! I canceled an order and I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund! I’m beginning to think that they stole my money. The worst part is that I’ve had to call customer service several times yet the matter has not been resolved. Superbalist cannot be trusted, I definitely would never pay for package before receiving it again from them !
