REFUND ISSUES - AGENTS NOT COMPETENT TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

Over several email communications CLEAR instructions were given as to how a refund must please change from a credit card account to a checking account. After being promised by an agent the finance department will be in contact with me they failed to do so. Now I have to battle without the refund as the credit card account is no longer operational. It was a simple request and they couldn't do successfully. After numerous of orders and supporting superbalist I am now so disappointed will no longer endorse them to friends or family.
