Refund is NOT a refund!

It was my first time buying from this site, i got a pair of shoes and jeans , before my delivery had arrived i decided to try on the size in which i chose and saw it didn't fit and that was the largest size, i then contacted them and asked if i could just cancel the order and i was told i could not but i can ask for a refund and i went on the site and did that and was advised since i was going to pay cash after the refund is done,i would have to give my banking details and the amount will be sent via EFT, i then did the refund and noticed the amount was put bank into my Superbalist wallet and that was NOT what i was told, i then sent an e-mail to query how and when will be giving my banking details and received an e-mail that said the money has been put back into you wallet and that was it , why have information on the site that refunds will be given via EFT and notify a client as well if it will not be, I do not mind waiting but i feel it is time consuming and an inconvenience for me to calling (from me cell phone) and sending e-mails and i am ot getting the response which i was initially told and read about on the site
