Refund for order ***6

I ordered items from Superbalist and Superbalist cancelled the order and processed a refund to my cheque account as there was no stock available. The order was placed on 27 March 2023 and cancelled by Superbalist on 01 April 2023. To today I have not received my money back, I have been following up with Superbalist and these are some of the reasons I keep getting from them: 1. The refund takes up to 5 days to a cheque account and up to 10 days to a credit card. (by the way, it has been more than 10 working days and money has not been paid back) 2. They are following up with the finance team 3. The matter was escalated to the payment portal team They provide these reasons then close the complaint. I have to log a new complaint each time in order to get a response from Superbalist.

After this horrible experience, I do not see myself buying anything from them ever again.
