Refund for non returnable item due to insufficient information in advertising.

They're usually on point.. But I ordered Falke masks on the app. Nowhere did it give me option of sizes or state it's a kds size prior to purchasing it. On the invoice it stated its a kids mask but by then it's to late to cancel. Your website gives size options but not your app.

Masks can also not be returned which I acknowledge.. But as per your app you don't state the size, and you're currently refusing me a refund which is nonsense.
