Refund for cancelled items.

Good day I bought 3 pairs of shoes online on the 31st of August 2022, 2 pairs were cancelled due to no stock. One pair was delivered and it was not what I delivered. I immediatley logged a return. I cancelled the call Centre to enquire about my refund for the cancelled items on Monday I was told it will be transferred into my account immediatley as it was supposed to be transferred immediatley after cancelation. Called the call Centre today and I was told the refund has not been processed. Can I please have my money back as I did not receive what I ordered. The order number is ***0
