Refund

So last week Monday the 26th of August I ordered Birthday clothes outfit for my daughter. I then requested that can they deliver the items on Friday latest 16h00. None of that happened. Same day I asked for my order to be cancelled. Order was cancelled on Saturday. Since then I have been begging them for refund. I paid with pay fast latest is 3 days for the money to reflect. Since then nothing is on my account. When I called they don't answer
