Refund due

Superbalist is such an *********** company. So I placed an order on the 20th of November, on the 25th i get an email saying the courier has been hijacked and they were going to refund me. Of which they do by crediting my superbalist wallet, I then call on the 27th request for the funds to be transferred to my bank account, on the 30th i do a follow up and I’m told to resend my banking details. I do that and the agent tells me I should expect the funds in 3-5 working days. 13 days later I call to find out what’s happening, they tell me the refund was rejected due to banking details not matching, not sure what’s not matching because even the agent could not explain to me. The very same banking’ details i sent to them is the same i used to pay for my order. I call on the 13th of Dec, I’m told they will escalate and revert to me before 8am on the 14th of which they did not. I then call again, for the 100th time today(14/12), and I’m told to resend my banking details again, for the 3rd time now coz the refund was rejected on the 30th of November yet no one bothered to communicate with me. I have never received such incompetence from Superbalist. I’m so disappointed really. A whole 14 days for a refund? Hhay no.
