Refund difficulty

I ordered 4 X Omnia meat cuts trio fridge box- nordic berry on the 30 July 2021 from the Superbalist website, when they arrived the size was not as expected. I requested a refund on return, all 4 of these were returned but 12 August 2021 I received an email that only one was refunded.

I’ve been calling Superbalist and I’ve been sent from post to pillar,all I’ve been told constantly is that they will collect the items. Please explain to me how you want to collect something that was returned a long time ago which is why I was refunded to begin with.

I’m sick and tired of this agonising experience, please refund my money and stop giving me the run around.
