Refund delays!

I am very disappointed at the struggles I have in getting my refund. it was processed on the 8th Jan and I never received it. When I finally follow up, I am told the refund failed because the account number does not match the branch code. When I check this, that is not the case as Capitec's branch code is 470010! I am really not impressed as this is inconveniencing me.
