Refund Declined After Return Was Collected – Unacceptable!

I’m very disappointed with Superbalist’s handling of my return for Order placed on 2 June 2025.

The item was collected from me weeks ago, and I’ve been waiting patiently for my refund. I followed up multiple times, and this morning (27 July 2025 at 09:16), I even received a call from Superbalist asking me to confirm the details of what happened.

Shortly after that call, I received an email saying that my refund request was declined because the item is “not eligible for return.” This is extremely confusing and frustrating because: • The item was already collected from me. • I received no clear reason why it’s not eligible. • No one has explained why the return was accepted and collected in the first place.

This is poor customer service and feels like I’ve been misled. Either issue my refund or return my item.
