Refund / Customer Service / *********** Staff / ********* Business Practice

This is by far the WORST after sale customer service I have ever received in dealing with providers, I spoke to about 5 customer consultants who were rude, illiterate and extremely unhelpful, none of them was even willing to get me to speak to their team leader. It has been 10 business day since I have returned a product but I am yet to receive my refund despite their policy being 3 - 5 business working day.

I will never use their services anymore, nor will my family. Absolutely disgusted!!
