Refund

I accidentally ordered the same thing twice from Superbalist and had to cancel the order. I received an email on the 26th of November stating that I will get my refund within 5 days. Five days have passed but I still haven't received my money. I tried calling, emailing and even DMing the social thier social accounts with no help. I am never trusting them with my money again
