Refund

Hi I have done a purchase on Superbalist I used pay just now to do my payment. Purchase was done on the 12 March 2026 it was 2 items unfortunately the second item was out stock of which I am not supposed to be charged for ,shoes was R559+R389.00 which was for bag. My 1st payment was R316.00 then I was left with R316.00 * 2. then it means on my next pay I am supposed to debited R243.00, payjust now the credit my account with R 666,34 on the 7/2/2026, on the 23rd of March 2026 they run debit R 666,34, I have done enquiry send the bank statement as they are owing R389.00 of which it is showing on their statement that they owe me R389.00, this money supposed to be on wallet but it is not there I am unable u access my which is sitting with them I did a screen the response I received is they did refund and debited me again and I send bank statement showing the money that was credited 7/2/2026 was debited again on the 23rd March 2026 I am not happy since then no response.
