Refund

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from superbalist.com on the 8th of may 2021 I made an order for 2 qty of boots and i paid for them, i then tracked my order on Sunday the 9th the update was that i will get my delivery on monday the 10th. To my surprise my order was cancelled of which i was informed during the day that i will receive my full refund which i never did. On Friday the 14th i only received half of the amount which i didn't understand because i was assured by Nadine Piedt and Nishaat Ponto (online fashion assistants) that I will receive the full amount. its Friday the 21st today still I haven't received my other this is just an inconvenience because the availability for boots where placed online whereas the was no stock.
