Refund

Absolutely horrific! I need a refund on my items,emails aren't rep**** to, *** literally says we no longer reply from here. The number on the app and internet say operation hours from Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm,I promise you can phone any time of the day and there is an automated voice saying they are closed. I am never ordering here again,absolutely terrible!
