Refund

The worst service ever. I have logged a refund query from the 10/04/2019 I still haven't received my money I have been taken from pillar to post and I have been promised that I will be refunded. I have been to the Weltevreden park Takealot branch three times already. I haved called the call centre I don't know how many times. I am really disgusted by the way I have been treated.
