Refund

I wanted a refund on a watch I purchased at Superbalist and they send i should give a turnaround of 3-5 working days. It has been two weeks going to the third week since they've escalating the matter to finance department. I even sent them my bank statement as proof that it hasn't reflected yet on my account. Lately they've been ignoring my emails and calls don't go through.
