Reference *** return and refund

I'm highly frustrated with the service delivery of this company. I'm not getting any joy at all regarding a refund. I'm waiting sitting on ice for a no show. Nobody can give me feedback or an answer that is satisfactory. I requested for contact details of a senior manager but nobody responded. I'm so exhausted of my requests falling on deaf ears.
