Receiving broken item

Absolutely disgusted! <br> <br> Firstly, when I placed my order there courier company is shocking! They deivered to my home address as apposed to my work address which i specifically asked them not to do as nobody will be home. Then the courier guy didn't know what to do as he is only allowed to work in certain areas so I had to drive around to meet him!<br> <br> Secondly, I opened the box and the camera doesn't work.<br> <br> Give there call centre a call and the lady can't really assist and doesn't seem interested. just offered to give me a refund and said oh well. Doesn't apologize for this. This was a christmas gift for someone and they were extremely disappointed when it didn't work. <br> <br> Poor service and quality from a brand that is supposedly very good! <br> <br> Lost my trust in them!
