Received half of my purchase order

So I purchased items on Black Friday on Superbalist.com only to receive half of the order. My order number is 17****4. My order was apparently split into 2 parts, me receiving part 1 last week Wednesday/Thursday. I then followed up on part 2 of my order and I was advised that it would be delivered on Friday. Saturday morning I received a call from the delivery guy (driver) to ask me where I was because he was currently at the office (my work address) was this not suppose to be delivered during working hours??? I told him that I was currently at home and he needs to deliver the Monday Morning. Monday morning arrived and I received 3 separate packages 2 packages consisting of 2 items- and then after 2 hours, I received another box which consists of 3 items. Called in to ask what was going on and they advised me that another box was supposed to be delivered but got lost when it was dispatched -Where the hell is the rest of my order??? not long after that I then receive an email stating that the order has been DELIVERED. While receiving all of the above - I was trying to get assistance from the call centre - spoke to Nwabisa - Kanye (please listen to this call as the consultant was irritated with me and dropped the call; called back and spoke to Yola whom transferred me to a manager - Lavern (manager - still awaiting a call back)I called back the next day and spoke to Zinzi who advised me that Lavern was in a meeting and advised me to that Lavern had sent me an email - an email that is not apologetic at all.......Wow an email after I requested a call back from her, Zinzi advising me that Lavern wants to offer me a 40% discount voucher after all you put me through I think I deserve much more than a 40% voucher code (black Friday was a 50% to 70% sale).

I await feedback asap as Superbalist is now ****ing me off because you are messing with my Money and time.
