Really ****ed off

I bought two dresses and two sandles from you guys on the 28 October and paid extra for Weekend delivery. The items never came and got them a week later. I received two boxes with 2 pairs of Sandles and 1 dress inside the other dress was not in the box. Now you telling me nonsense why don't you call the warehouse check how many boxes they got from the stores and call the stores that packed the items? Instead, you giving me the round around with my money. I paid for those items so now what must happen pay for something I did not get?? My order number is ***1can you sort this out my number is ***
