Really disappointing service

I have been trying for over a week to purchase a bag on special for my birthday but they have had system problems which finally they resolved. However they refuse to give me the discount that it was on that day I tried to make the purchase. They gave me a voucher but I have to spend over a certain amount to get it and they said tough, they cannot do any more. Great customer service :(
