REALLY BAD....

The worst service I've ever received. Firstly their welcome coupon code is a lie and cancels out any amount of goods placed in the cart as soon as you put in a "on sale" item. I spent almost R4k on my first order with only 3 items on sale and the voucher became null and void. So misleading as the terms and conditions state it doesn't apply to items on sale, but there were many other items in that cart that weren't on sale... so after paying the full amount, I received my order, 3 dirty items of clothes with makeup stains on the 1, curry looking stains on the other.. i returned them(good returning system tbh) and received the 2 garments that I requested an exchange on, dirty once again. The one I didn't even open cause it was so apparent even through the clear plastic packaging. They don't care.
