RAT PEE & POO IN PACKAGE

I ordered a pair of shoes from superbalist last week for eid and it arrived quite quickly however when I opened the box there was this HORRIBLE smell. In the shoe box , after taking out the shoe with my bare hands , I found Rat pee and poo littered all over the base of the box . The box looked like it was bitten by a small rodent as there was pieces of cardboard all over the box. They only gave me a 40% discount which I have to use R500 to get . I would think a voucher is Atleast minimum after this disgusting package. They should have more pride in their packages especially since the shoe was from their brand. So order from superbalist if you are keen to find rat poo in your package.
