Rat faeces/droppings in my package

I had ordered 5 items, delivery was set for the 4th of April 2022. That was perfect then all of a sudden my delivery will arrive on the 2nd of April but I'm not near around my area to accept, a very rude and impatient takealot driver Mbuyiseli Ntsodo calls me that day to tell me that he cannot wait 5 minutes as it's a Saturday and there's places to go so he left. Takealot calls me to reschedule, package arrives on Monday and the shock of my life. The other pair of shoes (Boots) don't have a box, the papers are shredded by mouse (I can see the holes) and the droppings are all the packaging. How can I forget how dirty the boots were like someone wore them. I've been trying to reach them for a REFUND like literally I want my money back. I won't be buying there anymore. I took tons of pictures and threw those boots away mxm waste of my hard earned money.
