QUALITY CONTROL AT SUPERBALIST SHOCKING

I recently purchased a pair of block heels and opted for the express delivery . It arrived the following day -The shoe had a big scratch on the front which made me wonder how the quality control works at their depot . I logged an exchange -shoe was collected and I will only receive new heels next week. I then contacted customer care to request a refund of my express payment .She regretted they cannot assist as the shoe was delivered timeously .What was the point of that when it was damaged .Surely they then expedite another express delivery # VERYANNOYED . I want my refund on the express delivery.
