Putrid service!

i order a gift for mothers day, with another item included. The one item needed to exchanged and the other didn't. The take alot driver insisted both items needed to be collected. I have mailed Superbalist, since May my issue is still being resolved. What awesome customer service. Previously, i ordered Nike sneakers there after i was refunded after my purchase with no valid explanation. This is so unprofessional.
