Promo codes NOT working

I wanted to make my first purchase with promo code that i have received. Then the promo code didnt work. So the agent called, and she said it doesnt apply to BRANDED items??? This is a lie! The item is R1,899, which qualifies for the promo. "The promotion applies to all products." This is what is stipulated in the T's & C's, yet they do not allow this. I will buy my products from somewhere else. This was supposed to be my first purchase, but will never even open up the App again.
